SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Outlaw Equine is located in regional New South Wales.

Orders are packed and dispatched twice each week. Orders placed after a scheduled dispatch day will be included in the next available shipment.

Dispatch timeframes refer to the time required for Outlaw Equine to prepare and lodge your order. They do not include Australia Post or courier delivery times.

During new releases, sales, promotional periods or other high-volume times, order processing may take slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays where possible.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Most Outlaw Equine orders are shipped through Australia Post.

Orders containing five or more saddle pads may be sent through an alternative courier service due to the size or weight of the shipment. Where this applies, Outlaw Equine will contact the customer before dispatch to discuss the available delivery arrangements.

We do not currently offer express shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout unless another arrangement has been confirmed directly with Outlaw Equine.

For larger orders requiring a courier, additional shipping charges may apply. These costs will be discussed with the customer before the order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the customer’s location, regional delivery networks and the service used.

As Outlaw Equine dispatches from regional New South Wales, orders travelling to other regional, rural or remote areas may take longer to arrive.

Customers should refer to the Australia Post website for current estimated delivery timeframes and service updates.

All delivery dates and timeframes provided by Outlaw Equine, Australia Post or another carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

PEAK PERIODS AND DELIVERY DELAYS

Additional delivery delays are common during:

  • Christmas and other major holiday periods

  • Black Friday and Cyber Monday

  • Boxing Day and end-of-year sales

  • National promotional and online shopping events

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport disruptions

  • Periods of unusually high parcel volumes

Customers should allow additional time when ordering during these periods, particularly where an item is required for a show, competition, event or specific date.

Outlaw Equine is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier companies, severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruptions, peak parcel volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will always do our best to assist customers and provide any information available to us, but we cannot guarantee a parcel’s delivery date once it has been lodged with the carrier.

TRACKING

Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been packed and lodged for delivery.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that their email address and delivery details are correct.

Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received a tracking notification.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please contact Outlaw Equine as soon as possible should you notice an error in your delivery details. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed, packed or lodged.

Outlaw Equine is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or returned parcels caused by:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missing apartment, unit or property information

  • An incorrect postcode

  • A failure to collect the parcel

  • A customer moving after placing an order

  • Delivery instructions that cannot be followed by the carrier

Where a parcel is returned to Outlaw Equine due to an address error or failure to collect it, the customer may be required to pay the additional postage costs before it can be resent.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Where a customer or carrier selects an authority to leave option, the parcel may be left at the delivery address without a signature.

Customers should ensure that the nominated location is secure and protected from weather, animals and public access.

Outlaw Equine is not responsible for theft, loss or damage that occurs after a parcel has been delivered in accordance with an authority to leave request, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

DELAYED OR MISSING PARCELS

A parcel may sometimes arrive after the estimated delivery date without being considered lost.

Customers should first check their tracking information and any current Australia Post service disruptions.

Should your parcel remain delayed beyond Australia Post’s recommended enquiry timeframe, please contact Outlaw Equine with your order number.

We are happy to assist by providing available lodgement details, tracking information, proof of postage or other information needed to submit an enquiry or claim with Australia Post.

Any investigation or compensation claim remains subject to Australia Post’s processes, eligibility requirements and assessment.

LOST PARCELS

Should Australia Post or the relevant courier confirm that a parcel has been lost, please contact Outlaw Equine so the matter can be reviewed.

Outlaw Equine will assist with the carrier enquiry and provide any available supporting information.

Any replacement, refund or other resolution will depend on the circumstances of the loss, the outcome of the carrier’s investigation and any rights available under applicable consumer law.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Customers should inspect their parcel as soon as it arrives.

Should the parcel or product appear to have been damaged during delivery, please contact Outlaw Equine as soon as possible.

Please keep all packaging and the damaged product until the claim has been assessed, as Australia Post or the courier may require these items as part of its investigation.

Outlaw Equine will assist by providing the available information needed to lodge a claim with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for managing any damage claims directly with Australia Post or the relevant carrier in accordance with that carrier’s claims process and requirements.

EVENT COLLECTION

Collection may be available at selected equine events attended by Outlaw Equine.

Available collection events will be announced through our social media pages ahead of time.

Event collection must be arranged and confirmed before the event. Collection is not automatically available at every show or event attended by Outlaw Equine.
